Job Description

Work Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 2-6 Years

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 per month

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Notice period:- Immediate Joining preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Monitor daily activity of field sales executives through the CRM - ensure data entry discipline is followed without fail.
Identify performance gaps: missing site data, fake entries, lack of follow-ups, or no closures - and take immediate corrective action.
Ensure new joiners are onboarded smoothly on CRM - troubleshoot technical or process issues without delay.
Raise red flags quickly and involve the right stakeholders - escalate discipline, closure, or follow-up failures early.
Work closely with the Sales Head and Regional Leads to ensure each salesperson meets their individual targets and milestones.
Create a live dashboard or tracker to summarize all issues and actions taken - visible to leadership daily.
Ensure all follow-ups, conversions, rejections, and revenue movements are properly logged and updated in CRM.
Take ownership of sales discipline - drive a culture of transparency, accountability, and CRM hygiene across the field team.

Preferred candidate profile

2-6 years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or sales coordination - ideally in construction or B2B field-sales-heavy industries.
Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, daily reporting, and performance monitoring.
Highly proactive, alert, and detail-oriented - must be able to identify small lapses before they become big failures.
Strong communication and escalation skills to interact with sales team and senior management.
Fluent in Excel, CRM dashboards, and issue tracking.
Must be physically present in Bangalore, working from JP Nagar office.
