Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Corporate Sales Trainer at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The Corporate Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include training on sales strategies, coaching team members in customer service and sales process optimization, and tracking the effectiveness of training programs to achieve organizational sales goals. The role will involve close collaboration with management to address training needs and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Training and Corporate Training
• Strong understanding of Sales Processes and strategies
• Proficiency in Inside sales training
• Demonstrated expertise in driving and improving sales performance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze training outcomes and implement continuous improvements
• Bachelor's degree; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the education or recruitment sector is an advantage
