Work from Office, 6 days working, Sunday fixed off

Shift Timings:- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to inside sales, B2C/B2B EdTech sales, and a proven ability to improve conversion rates, productivity, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams (counsellors, SDRs, closers).
  • Conduct product, process, objection-handling, and consultative selling training.
  • Create training modules, role-play scenarios, call scripts, pitch decks, and playbooks.
  • Train teams on CRM usage, sales tools, and sales best practices.
  • Performance Improvement
  • Analyze sales calls, demos, and performance data to identify skill gaps.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and reinforcement sessions.
  • Work closely with sales managers to improve conversion ratios, ticket size, and closures.
  • Support underperforming reps with targeted improvement plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer / Sales Enablement / Sales Coach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into training actions.
  • Strong coaching mindset with high energy and empathy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
