Key Expectations of the Role


1.Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their

    wellness

    needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.

2.Sales Target Achievement

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

3.Market Analysis and Prospecting

  • Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and market trends relevant to the employee wellness industry.
  • Prospect new clients, analyze their requirements, and create compelling wellness proposals tailored to their needs.

4.Policy Presentation and Negotiation

  • Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, explaining Septa Health’s wellness offerings and secure deals.
  • Collaborate with the internal stake holders to get the best quotations for client RFPs.
