Role Overview: As a Corporate Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage B2B sales activities in the designated market geography. This role is a frontline field sales position where you will be instrumental in driving sales growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales leads using various methods like cold calling, networking, social media, and field selling. Identify potential customers aligning with the industry focus strategy. - Customize products to meet the specific needs of clients after understanding their requirements. - Keep the client database updated in the sales tool regularly. - Conduct individual meetings with potential clients for product and services demonstrations. - Convert leads by effectively presenting the right product that meets the client's needs. - Implement cross-selling, up-selling, and reference selling techniques to meet business targets. - Engage in sales negotiations to secure commitments and close deals successfully. - Collaborate with client organizations to ensure the acquisition of purchase orders. - Manage sales collection and address client concerns promptly within agreed time frames. - Monitor and address client satisfaction levels, escalating any concerns for timely resolution. - Demonstrate expert knowledge of various product categories and current market trends in the corporate gifting industry. - Update the Sales CRM tool regularly and adhere to SOPs for sales reporting. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, coupled with relevant sales experience. - Proven track record of 1-3 years in B2B Sales with a focus on achieving sales targets and excellent stakeholder management. - Strong orientation towards targets in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. - Prior experience in field sales is essential. - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM Tools. - Excellent business communication and presentation skills. Please note that this full-time role requires in-person work. Proficiency in English language is preferred for effective communication in this position.,
