Corporate Sales Manager

• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key B2B agents, and travel managers.
• Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and occupancy goals, and set monthly and annual sales targets.
• Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with clients, ensuring they align with the hotel's financial needs.
• Sales activities: Manage corporate group inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up with leads and current clients.
• Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as revenue management and marketing, to ensure smooth service delivery and support promotional campaigns.
• Reporting: Track sales KPIs, prepare sales reports, and manage sales performance metrics against targets.
• Brand representation: Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to generate leads and increase brand exposure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
