Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets in the B2B space.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., editorial, production) to develop customized solutions for corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-6 years of experience in ad sales, b2b sales, digital sales, field sales, media sales, print sales, radio sales or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals at a high volume.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry's dynamics and ability to think creatively about client needs.
