Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing contacts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., editorial, production) to develop customized solutions for clients' advertising needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive media landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the media industry (advertising, publishing).
  • Proven track record of success in field sales or corporate sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales platforms (e.g., online ad networks) as well as print/radio sales channels.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
