We are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the hospitality sector. This role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients, securing group bookings, events, conferences, and long-term business contracts. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a strong network of corporate clients. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients for accommodation, events, meetings, and long-stay packages. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, travel managers, event planners, and procurement teams. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations, contracting, and account handover to operations teams. Work closely with the marketing and revenue management teams to align campaigns and pricing strategies. Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients using CRM software. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (knowledge of PMS or hotel sales systems is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Existing portfolio or strong network of corporate clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
