Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify and develop new corporate clients.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.Understand client requirements and design appropriate insurance solutions.Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and quotations.Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within stipulated timelinesCoordinate with underwriters and insurers for quotations, terms, and placement of policies.Ensure timely documentation, policy issuance, and adherence to IRDAI and company compliance guidelines.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy status in CRM or internal systems.Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.Develop and maintain product knowledge across various insurance lines.

Strong communication and presentation skills.Good negotiation and analytical abilities.Customer-centric approach and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Graduate.1
