Job Description: As a part of the team at PostBox Communications, you will play a crucial role in meeting with current, prospective, and futuristic clients. Your responsibilities will include proficiency in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, and Market Expansion. You will be tasked with mapping client profiles and business prospects as a sales funnel on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Building and managing partner relationships effectively - Utilizing excellent negotiation skills to achieve business targets with clients - Demonstrating outstanding sales & marketing skills to drive profitable objectives for Digital sales - Possessing sound knowledge of the digital business ecosystem - Expertise in creating sophisticated sales models for profitable business ventures - Analyzing Digital Market dynamics, innovating, and aligning with new selling techniques - Showcasing expertise in Client Relationship Management and business development capabilities - Understanding competition, clients, and market intelligence - Monitoring KPIs such as Sales Plan vs Achievement, quality of business, and relationship management skills including teamwork, billing points, and repeat orders from clients Qualifications Required: - Desirable traits include an MBA with strong communication skills, presentation skills, and business and commercial acumen - Preferably having spent at least 2 years in sales, with the last assignment in Institutional business In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the ideal candidate should have a background in UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required and PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization. The industry focus will be on Media/Dotcom/Advertising/PR/MR/Event Management within the functional areas of Sales, Retail, and Business Development.
