 Responsible for managing servicing accounts independently.


 Specialized in developing and nurturing productive client relationships


 Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services


 Retains and expands existing client relationships.


 Responsible for preparing proposals for client presentations and participate in group


presentations.


 Assisting clients in case of a claim.


 Sound knowledge of report generation related to client activities.


 Highly experienced with all facets of client relations


Requirements And Skills


 Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years proven experience in a client servicing role.


 Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and a successful track record


with client-focused interactions


 Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers.


 Broking license certificate issued by national insurance academy.


 Knowledge of IRDA / Govt regulations pertaining to Insurance Industry.


 Good communication and analytical skills.
