About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions. The role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles

🔹 Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs & strategies

🔹 Source talent via job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, and social media hiring

🔹 Conduct screening, interviews & shortlist candidates effectively

🔹 Deliver a smooth candidate experience with timely updates

🔹 Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and compliance records

🔹 Support employer branding & engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (retail/consumer industries preferred)

✅ Hands-on with job portals, ATS & social hiring

✅ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

✅ Graduate/MBA in HR preferred

✅ Ability to perform under tight timelines in a dynamic setup
