About the Role

HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Primary 100%)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, support, and cross-functional roles.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking groups, and passive sourcing.
Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, and schedule technical/managerial discussions.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate hiring MIS using Excel HRIS.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing plans.
Ensure timely coordination, follow-ups, offer rollout, and smooth candidate onboarding.
Create a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Additional HR Scope (Added Gradually)

Support onboarding formalities, documentation, and new hire orientation.
Assist with employee engagement activities, HR operations, and data management.
Contribute to HR policy implementation, compliance tracking, and training support.

Skills & Competencies Required

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Enthusiastic learner with a passion for understanding
multi-domain
recruitment.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
Previous experience in
APO
or
RPO
or
LPO
setups is a strong plus.
Willingness to work
onsite
and in the
UK shift (4 PM1 AM)
.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:
14 years in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
Education:
Bachelor's or MBA in HR or related field.
Location:
Must be comfortable working from
Sector 60, Noida
.
Availability:
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
