Corporate Secretarial Services: -Handle the Companyu Legal Documents, including Certificates, Agreements and Contracts. -Liaise with External Auditors, Legal Advisors and Regulatory Authorities, as required. -Coordinate and facilitate the Annual Compliance Audits and Regulatory Inspections.
