Manager, Corporate Administration

**Role Overview:** As a Cosec Manager at IQ-EQ, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a service delivery team that provides corporate secretarial support to the Lux Fund CS & Cosec team. Your role will involve guiding and leading the Indian CoSec Team, reviewing core processes, engaging and developing teams, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of outputs by providing consistent feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, organize, and coordinate the service delivery team, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed. - Provide guidance and coaching to the team in technical and non-technical aspects of their role. - Monitor and ensure timely, accurate, and quality deliverables of the Indian Cosec teams. - Initiate and facilitate meetings to address overall team performance and coach non-performing individuals. - Allocate work across the Cosec teams and reallocate resources accordingly. - Establish good working relationships with cluster counterparts and other support groups. **Qualifications Required:** - Holds a bachelor's degree in law or other similar degree and qualified Chartered Secretary. - 10+ years of experience in corporate secretarial practices, especially in Funds and Special-Purpose Vehicles. - Experience in managing service operations, client deliverables, and staff. - Proficient in board governance and corporate secretarial functions, including preparation of board materials, attending/leading board meetings, and drafting complex minutes. - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and effective written and verbal communication skills. **Additional Information:** At IQ-EQ, sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
