As a Company Secretary at Samisti Legal, your primary role will involve ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, advising on corporate governance, and overseeing the preparation and maintenance of company records. Your daily tasks will include drafting resolutions, managing meeting minutes, filing annual returns, liaising with regulatory authorities, and supporting the board of directors with legal documentation and corporate strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements - Advise on corporate governance matters - Draft resolutions and legal documents - Maintain meeting minutes - File annual returns and statutory documents - Liaise with regulatory authorities - Support the board of directors with legal documentation and corporate strategies Qualifications Required: - Knowledge in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements - Experience in drafting legal documents and resolutions, and maintaining meeting minutes - Proficient in preparing and filing statutory documents and liaising with regulatory authorities - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage multiple tasks - Bachelors degree in Law or related field; CS qualification - Experience in a law firm or similar professional environment is a plus,
