The role focuses on documentation, compliance coordination, business communication, and high-level administrative tasks aligned with senior management operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate documentation, agreements, legal papers, project files, letters, and formal communication. Support compliance-related coordination with internal departments such as legal, planning, engineering, CRM and finance teams. **• **Assist in preparing project briefs, reports, structured notes, and management-ready documentation. **• **Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and business correspondence. •* *Maintain organized records, confidential files, business documents, and workflow trackers. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
