Job Description

Join BFSI as a Company Secretary (AVP1), responsible for managing board member relations, ensuring corporate governance, and maintaining statutory compliance under the Companies Act.

Responsibility:

Manage Board member relations and organize board meetings.
Review policies and procedures to meet corporate governance requirements.
Maintain statutory records as required under the Companies Act and associated rules.
Manage shareholder relations and organize shareholder meetings.

Requirements:

Qualified Company Secretary with valid certification.
5+ years of experience in a relevant role post-qualification.
Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage board and shareholder relations effectively.
