Role Overview

Company Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Conducting meetings of Board/Committee/shareholders etc.
  • Secretarial Records preparation & maintenance
  • Share Transfer, Transmission, Duplicate matters
  • Demat matters: NSDL / CDSL
  • Secretarial Compliances
  • Approval from various authorities
  • Filings with MCA
  • Liaisoning with all stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualified graduate and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidates with LLB will have added advantage.

  • Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
