Job Title: Manager – Corporate Communications Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 7 to 10 Years Education: MBA in Marketing Industry Preference: Building Materials, Manufacturing, Automobile, Consumer Durables (No IT/Finance/Insurance sector candidates) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Corporate Communications to lead and execute our organization's communication strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive corporate communication plans aligned with business goals and will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and media partners to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Communication Planning: Formulate and execute annual corporate communication strategy. Create and manage communication calendars, budgets, and execution timelines. Agency & Media Coordination: Work with PR, digital, creative, and media agencies to implement campaigns. Manage media relationships, press releases, product launches, investor interactions, and interview opportunities. Digital & Media Management: Oversee content and messaging on all digital platforms including social media, websites, and search engines. Manage media coverage across television, print, and online platforms. Brand Management: Lead creative development for campaigns, branding activities, and identity design. Manage branding for IPOs, exhibitions, internal magazines, and marketing collateral. Oversee video content production and launch activities. Website Oversight: Drive website development, content management, and regular updates. Stakeholder Communication: Design communication strategies for employees, vendors, shareholders, and other stakeholders. Provide communication support for marketing-led field activities, demos, and customer meets. Candidate Profile: Experience: 7–10 years in Corporate Communications roles within manufacturing or product-based industries. Location: Based in Hyderabad or open to relocating with family (Applicants from NCR not preferred). Education: MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute. Industry Exposure: Prefer candidates from Building Materials, Manufacturing, Automobile, or Consumer Durables.
