About the Role

Corporate Communications Manager

You will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and HR teams to deliver impactful communication initiatives that align with business goals and foster a strong corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate communication strategies across internal and external channels.
  • Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media inquiries.
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Oversee content creation for corporate newsletters, presentations, and announcements.
  • Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all corporate materials and platforms.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, media, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience managing internal communications and corporate messaging campaigns.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Irish media landscape and corporate communication practices is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media management platforms.
