Corporate Communications Manager Location: Ireland (Hybrid / On-site depending on business needs) Department: Communications / Public Relations About the Role We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead and manage our internal and external communication strategies in Ireland. This role will ensure consistent messaging, enhance corporate reputation, and strengthen engagement with employees, stakeholders, and the public. You will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and HR teams to deliver impactful communication initiatives that align with business goals and foster a strong corporate identity. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute corporate communication strategies across internal and external channels. Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media inquiries. Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged. Oversee content creation for corporate newsletters, presentations, and announcements. Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement. Ensure consistency of messaging across all corporate materials and platforms. Support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications with business objectives. Maintain strong relationships with external partners, media, and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations. Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Experience managing internal communications and corporate messaging campaigns. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with Irish media landscape and corporate communication practices is an advantage.
