Corporate Communications Manager

JOIN OUR CORPORATE COMMUNICATION TEAM.

The Manager of Corporate Communications will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation, engage key stakeholders, and ensure a consistent brand message. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with senior leadership to align messaging with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies across multiple channels, including media relations, public relations, internal communications, and social media.
• Craft and manage the company’s external communications, including press releases, interviews, and media kits.
• Collaborate with leadership to create internal communications that engage employees and support company culture.
• Manage crisis communication and ensure the organization is prepared with messaging for potential challenges.
• Lead media outreach efforts and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
• Analyze communication metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in media relations, with a strong network of media contacts preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders.
• Crisis management experience is a plus.
