Qualification – Graduate / PG


Internal Communication:

1. Implement internal communication strategy & processes & Branding.

2. Align communications strategies across the group with the goal of establishing and maintaining brand awareness.

3. Ensure updating of the website of the organization and other websites & portals being managed by the organization for effective communication & branding.

4. Identify and take advantage of emerging digital and social media technologies to leverage the organization's activities.

5. Develop and implement communication & branding strategies across various media forms including traditional and social media.


External Communications:

1. Assisting HOD in Formulating Media and PR strategy for the company with agency and execution of the same.

2. Writing speeches and white papers along with writing and commissioning editorial pieces for Media

3. Establishing relationships with senior editors of leading financial, mainline and vernacular newspapers, magazines and TV.

4. Shaping perception of the corporate brand, increasing visibility and enhancing profile of Chairman and Group Managing director

5. Crisis management 6. Monitoring and measuring competitor visibility


Media & PR Initiatives:

1. Drawing strategic communication plans entailing media positioning, key messaging, media tools and media vehicles to be used etc.

2. Handle press releases, possible Q&A, company backgrounders, letters to the editors and rejoinders

3. Optimizing media exposure via media interviews and positioning story ideas in the target media."
