Corporate Chef

Hotel Sonar Bangla Group is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Corporate Chef to oversee culinary operations across all properties. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure consistent food quality, design creative menus, maintain high standards of hygiene, and drive overall kitchen efficiency. This role requires strategic planning, multi-property coordination, and the ability to elevate the brand’s culinary identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage culinary operations across all Hotel Sonar Bangla properties.
• Develop, standardize, and implement menus, recipes, and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and safety.
• Train, mentor, and guide chefs, kitchen staff, and F&B teams.
• Conduct regular audits of kitchen operations, food storage, and production processes.
• Innovate new dishes and concepts aligned with the brand’s identity and guest preferences.
• Maintain cost control through effective planning, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with General Managers, F&B Managers, and Procurement for seamless operations.
• Monitor market trends, seasonal ingredients, and competitor offerings to keep menus fresh.
• Handle recruitment and performance evaluation of culinary staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, statutory, and audit standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Corporate Chef in a multi-property hotel group.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in Indian, Continental, and Multi-cuisine operations.
• Knowledge of food costing, budgeting, and kitchen administration.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and travel as required.
• Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute preferred.
• Creative mindset with a passion for high-quality food and presentation.

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
