Key Responsibilities

Luxury hospitality experience:Background in 5-star hotels, resorts, or premium cruise lines.

Multi-cuisine expertise : Ability to design and execute diverse menus across global cuisines.

Team leadership: Manage and inspire a large culinary team with efficiency and creativity.

Cost control & budgeting: Ensure profitability while maintaining uncompromising quality.

Menu innovation: Curate seasonal and signature dishes aligned with Antara’s luxury standards.

Food safety & compliance: Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Guest experience: Deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect Antara’s brand promise.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations, F&B, and management to align culinary vision with overall guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in luxury hotels or cruise lines.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Creative flair with a passion for culinary excellence.

Proven ability to balance innovation with cost efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹165,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
