As we grow our presence in the Indian market, we are looking for a Domestic Inbound Sales Manager based in Delhi to lead our sales efforts within the high-end domestic travel segment.
If you have a strong background in luxury travel or premium hospitality, and understand the preferences of India’s discerning travelers — this is your opportunity to be part of something exceptional.
Handle all inbound sales inquiries from domestic (India-based) guests
Customize cruise offerings to align with guest expectations and preferences
Convert leads into confirmed bookings with a high standard of service
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, luxury travel agents, and travel partners
Maintain CRM records, track conversions, and report on sales performance
Coordinate with operations, guest relations, and marketing teams for seamless guest experiences
7–8 years of experience in domestic luxury travel or hospitality sales (mandatory)
Deep understanding of Indian HNI traveler behavior and expectations
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
High conversion and client servicing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Sales, or related field
