Corporate and Business Marketing Executive

As a Marketing professional at Yokogawa, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver plans for significant aspects of a product, service, or marketing area under the guidance of senior colleagues. You will coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers to deliver successful advertising, promotion, and other marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans. In terms of leadership and direction, you will communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team. You will motivate people to commit to the organization's mission, vision, and values, encouraging them to achieve local business goals. You will also explore external developments and emerging issues, contributing to the evaluation of their potential impact on the organization. You will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of a product life cycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. Your role will involve providing specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex queries, and enabling others to take appropriate actions. Furthermore, you will be involved in performance management, budgeting, organizational capability building, and marketing impact assessment. You will be expected to deliver a budget for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress in other areas. You will use the organization's formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs and plan and implement actions to build their capabilities. In terms of required qualifications, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. General experience of over 3 years to 6 years is necessary for this role, along with managerial experience of 13 months to 3 years.
