With a global presence in over 60 countries and a corporate mission to "co-innovate tomorrow," we value respect, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude in everything we do. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Marketing** - Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of a product, service, or marketing area under guidance from senior colleagues. - **Leadership and Direction** - Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team, motivating people to commit to achieving local business goals. - **Horizon Scanning** - Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to evaluating their potential impact on the organization. - **Marketing Impact Assessment** - Support the collection of data and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements. - **Marketing Campaign Development** - Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers to deliver successful advertising/promotion/other marketing campaigns. - **Brand Positioning** - Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans. - **Product Management** - Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. - **Information and Business Advice** - Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex queries and enabling others to take appropriate actions. - **Performance Management** - Develop and propose own performance objectives or manage and report on team performance, setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports. - **Budgeting** - Deliver a budget for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress in other areas. - **Organizational Capability Building** - Identify the team's individual development needs, plan and implement actions to build their capabilities, and provide training or coaching to others in own area of expertise. **Qualifications Required:** - **Education:** Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level - **General Experience:** Over 3 years to 6 years - **Managerial Experience:** 13 months to 3 years If you are looking to join a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and sustainability, Yokogawa provides great career opportunities for growth in a global culture.,
