Assistant Key Account Manager - Modern Trade Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with customers for Contract, Purchase Order, appointment and Payment Follow-ups. - Maintain Daily PO Tracker, Fill rate. Check in Amendments of PO. - Record and track stock data at factory as well as depot & Coordinate with planning team for stock transfer to depots. Maintain inventory as per forecast. - Manage claims against shortages/damages and process the same with accuracy and timeliness. - Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required. - Co-ordinate with the Category Managers - Responsible for aging stock, receivable reports & daily dispatch report. - Preparing MIS reports as per requirement.
