Key Purpose of Conversion officer

As a Conversation Officer at StudyReach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our applicants throughout their journey, from receiving offers to securing their visas.You will be responsible for Supporting the Operations teams by managing key application milestones, including:

• Following up with universities via email and institutional portals to track offer progress
• Updating deposit confirmations with respective universities
• Coordinating the transition from conditional to unconditional offers
• Chasing Pre-CAS and CAS issuance from universities
• Ensuring timely updates on internal portals with CAS details and final visa status

coordinating with students, recruitment agents, and operations teams

Roles and Responsibility:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Operations team, university partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist Partners throughout the student application process, offering guidance on application forms, Update on Application & acceptance deadlines and enrolment requirements with partner universities, etc.
• Manage the end-to-end student process, from Post application to final CAS.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with partners & prospective students, document feedback, provided regular reports on activities and achievements to the Reporting Manager.

About You:

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Equivalent degree.
• Min 2+ Years of Experience in the student recruitment industry
• Fluent in English and strong communications
