Key Purpose of Conversion officer

 


As a Conversation Officer at StudyReach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our applicants throughout their journey, from receiving offers to securing their visas. You will be responsible for preparing candidates for the interviews and ensuring that their cases are handled successfully. Your expertise will be essential in nurturing relationships with students, recruitment agents, and our partner operations team, all while driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. 


 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agents and university partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 
  • Assist Partners throughout the student application process, offering guidance on application forms, interview preparations (like GST, Pre-CAS, etc.), acceptance deadlines and enrolment requirements with partner universities, etc. 
  • Manage the end-to-end student application process, from initial document collection to final CAS or COE issuance. 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with partners & prospective students, document feedback, provided regular reports on activities and achievements to the Reporting Manager. 
  • Provided exceptional customer service to partners, addressing their inquiries, concerns promptly and professionally. 
  • Provide post-admission support, helping students understand visa processes, arrival procedures, and university compliance policies. 
  • Address inquiries regarding documentation necessary for the issuance of CAS/COE/LOA/i20, providing clear and accurate information. 
  • Stay up to date with laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to visa applications to ensure compliance and success. 

 

 

About You:

 

Experience Required:

 

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent degree. 
  • Min 2+ Years of Experience in the student recruitment industry  
  • Fluent in English and strong communications
