Willing to familiarize with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. Represent Study Reach at various recruitment events. Provide the Area Manager with updates on the pipeline, growth strategy, and customer satisfaction. Implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. Collaborate effectively with both the admissions and customer support teams while demonstrating the skill to gracefully resolve conflicts Maintain relationships with our Key Account Recruitment Partners. Manage assigned set of recruitment partners in the region and drive various stages of the application funnel Experience in social selling, including leveraging Linkedin and other networks to reach critical contacts in your targeted accounts. Run regular meetings with recruitment partners for customer feedback and growth plans. Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies. About You: Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international student recruitment experience and/or higher education institutions. Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challengeswithin this industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal with a willingness to work with people of all backgrounds. Ability to build productive long-term relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally. Key Purpose of Application Advisor UK & Ireland The Application Advisor UK & Ireland is responsible for managing the Application processes of UK & Ireland and their relevant procedures to deliver a customer-focused service to our recruitment partners, universities, & institutions. Key Responsibilities: • Collect the documents from students and process data/applications to admissions for all the applicants. • Processing activities that may include but are not limited to quality checks and processing of applications to institutions, identifying case problems, and verification. • Oversee the completion of all relevant forms, checklists, and supporting documents and ensure that all the information provided by the student is accurate and correct by verifying all documents. • Make sure to provide reliable, friendly, and sincere customer service to all internal and external clients with a focus on professional, accurate, and timely responses. • Maintaining a deep understanding of platform updates, new offerings, and admissions processes. • At a certain time, may be required to train staff to enhance their understanding of admission processes to help them fulfil their roles to a high level. • Performs any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Manager. • Accurately maintain databases, organize, and maintain files and records, electronic and physical. About You: Experience Required: • 2+ years of experience in filing applications for students to foreign universities and colleges in the UK & Ireland. • Understanding of the requirements of various documents for the admission process for various courses for Diploma, Bachelor, Post-Graduation, and master’s degree in the UK,& Ireland. • Experience having worked on the student visa application process for various countries such as the UK, & Ireland.
