You will be playing a crucial role as an Application Advisor for UK & Ireland at StudyReach, focusing on managing the application processes for these regions to ensure a customer-focused service for our recruitment partners, universities, and institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting documents from students and processing data/applications for all applicants. - Conducting processing activities such as quality checks, identifying case problems, and verifying applications. - Ensuring accuracy and correctness of all information provided by students by overseeing the completion of forms, checklists, and supporting documents. - Providing reliable, friendly, and sincere customer service to both internal and external clients. - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of platform updates, new offerings, and admissions processes, potentially training staff when necessary. - Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager. - Accurately maintaining databases, organizing and managing files and records. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in filing applications for students to foreign universities and colleges in the UK & Ireland. - Understanding of document requirements for admission processes across various courses and degree levels. - Experience in student visa application processes for countries like the UK & Ireland. Your personal attributes should include being highly organized, resilient, self-motivated, adaptable to change, detail-oriented, a strong collaborator, and possessing excellent communication skills.
