Role Overview

Contract Manager – Legal Counsel

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing the full lifecycle of commercial agreements. You will collaborate extensively with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement, and U.S. legal teams, acting as the central point of contact for contract closure.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review & negotiate MSAs, SoWs, NDAs, SaaS/PaaS agreements, DPAs, vendor contracts, and other commercial documents.
• Ensure all contracts meet internal compliance, corporate policies, and data protection standards
• Own the entire

  contract lifecycle

  —initiation, negotiation, execution, renewal/termination
• Maintain contract trackers and documentation to ensure audit readiness
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for the

  Sales team

  ; coordinate with Delivery, Finance, Procurement, and IT.
• Work with

  U.S. attorneys

  as needed on cross-border legal matters
• Review vendor agreements and support RFP processes
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for vendor onboarding & property acquisitions
• Provide legal guidance for contract disputes, negotiations, and internal policy updates
• Support statutory compliance and maintain MIS reports to ensure zero penalties
• Advise HR on legal matters involving employee data privacy & internal investigations

What We’re Looking For

• BA LLB

  from a recognized university (CS from ICSI is a plus)

• 5–6 years

  of experience in contract management, corporate/commercial law, and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of data protection requirements and contractual privacy clauses
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
