Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Contract Management Specialist located in South Delhi's Sultanpur. 1.The Specialist will be responsible for arranging subcontractors, Labour Contractors for Civil and Interiors work. 2. managing contractual agreements, contract negotiation, analytical tasks, effective communication, and overall contract management for various projects within the company. Qualifications Proficiency in Contractual Agreements and Contract Management preferably a civil engineer with 10 years of experience in Civil, Interiors Contracting company. Good Connections with Subcontractors, Labour contractors, workers in the Civil and Interiors industry. Knowledge of contract management practices and principles Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Understanding of construction or engineering industry practices us as must.
