Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor of Interiors work located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing interior construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with contractors and vendors, managing on-site staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolving any on-site issues. The role includes regular site inspections, reporting progress to project managers, and ensuring the project stays within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in interior construction and site supervision
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in construction management or related field are a plus
