The company offers comprehensive fit-out solutions, General Contracting services, and has an in-house Furniture Manufacturing Facility. Stars & Merit aims to empower every individual in its task force and create user-friendly, sustainable spaces for its clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor Civil and Interiors work located in Delhi, NCR, North. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality control, and effective communication with the project team. The role involves overseeing the progress of Civil, Interiors, and MEP services to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision capabilities for Retail and Restaurants sites.
  • Experience in On-Site project management
  • Strong Quality Control knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of relevant Building Codes and Regulations
  • Experience in Civil, Interiors, or MEP projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
