This role blends research-based storytelling with platform fluency — you’ll write content that informs job seekers, employers, and professionals while driving organic reach through authentic conversation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and write high-intent answers, posts, and comments for Reddit, Quora, and various employment services social media platform aligned with keyword clusters, search intent, and topical authority.
  2. Research subreddits, employment topics, and recruitment trends to map user questions to keyword and brand goals.
  3. Develop career development content such as job-hunting tips, hiring insights, workplace trends, and employer-branding stories tailored to each client’s tone and audience.
  4. Craft articles, carousel posts, and discussion prompts that position brands and leaders as credible voices in talent acquisition, HR tech, and workforce strategy.
  5. Optimize for discoverability by using SEO best practices — hooks, hashtags, entity keywords, and natural anchor phrasing that support ranking and engagement.
  6. Publish and engage by replying to comments, testing variations, and maintaining compliance with each platform’s rules to avoid removals or bans.
  7. Collaborate with SEO, design, and client teams to ship content calendars, briefs, and supporting visuals or proof points (quotes, stats, examples).
  8. Use AI tools responsibly to draft outlines and variations while ensuring final quality, consistency, and fact-check accuracy.
  9. Maintain content integrity and ethics by following white-hat tactics and avoiding spam, plagiarism, or keyword stuffing.
  10. Contribute to career-focused campaigns for HR clients, recruitment platforms, and employer-branding initiatives that help professionals find meaningful work.

KPIs You’ll Own

  1. Helpful rate (upvotes, saves, comments, and acceptance ratio) and post retention vs. removals.
  2. Engagement rate and qualified traffic from LinkedIn or Quora posts (CTR, dwell time, and reactions).
  3. Weekly answer/post cadence and coverage across career and recruitment content clusters.
  4. Reduction in moderation flags; growth in trust metrics (karma, followers, or profile credibility).

  1. A steady rhythm of rule-compliant, career-focused posts that attract engagement, rankings, and discussion.
  2. A working library of content playbooks for top verticals — target subs, LinkedIn topics, keyword clusters, and posting frameworks.
  3. Clear weekly reports highlighting insights, learnings, and repeatable content patterns that perform best.
