About the Role

Content Writer

What You’ll Do

• Develop and edit high-quality written content including property descriptions, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and market reports
• Research real estate trends, market insights, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy
• Optimize content for SEO and drive strong audience engagement
• Maintain and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery
• Update existing content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance
• Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on insights

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 3–5 years of content writing experience (real estate experience strongly preferred)
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency using CMS platforms (WordPress/HubSpot), CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho), and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
