Content Writer - Real Estate

As a Content Writer at Relay Human Cloud, you will play a crucial role in producing clear, engaging, and well-researched content for the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and editing high-quality written content such as property descriptions, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, landing pages, and market reports. - Researching real estate trends, market insights, regulatory updates, and industry-specific topics to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Collaborating with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to gather information and maintain content accuracy. - Creating well-structured, SEO-optimized content with effective headers, meta descriptions, keywords, and formatting. - Managing content calendars to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces. - Updating and refreshing existing content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance. - Monitoring content performance, analyzing insights, and refining strategies to drive engagement. - Delivering clean first drafts with minimal editing required and maintaining consistency in tone and style. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field. - 3-5 years of content writing experience; real estate experience strongly preferred. - Strong U.S. English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Understanding of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and compliance requirements. - Experience writing for B2B audiences in real estate, finance, staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS is a plus. - Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress/HubSpot), CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho), and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush). - Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - A portfolio showcasing high-quality long-form content such as blogs, landing pages, case studies, and email copy.
