Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Content Strategist & Writer to build and execute a content plan that drives inbound leads for our agency. This role isn't about simply writing blog posts; it's about crafting a narrative that positions Per4mance Guru as an industry leader. You will be the voice of our agency, responsible for creating engaging, value-packed content across our primary channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy:

    Develop and own a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our agency's business development goals. This includes identifying key topics, audience pain points, and content formats that will resonate with our target clients (e.g., founders, marketing directors).
  • Content Creation:

  • LinkedIn:

    Write and publish compelling long-form posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces that showcase our expertise in performance marketing, creative, and AI.
  • Twitter/X:

    Create and manage a content calendar for engaging, bite-sized content that drives conversations and builds our brand presence.
  • Social Media:

    Generate insightful and shareable content for other platforms, collaborating with our creative team to pair copy with compelling visuals.
  • Case Studies:

    Interview our team and clients to write powerful case studies and success stories that highlight our results and strategic approach.
  • SEO & Keyword Integration:

    Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into all content to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Track and analyze key content metrics (e.g., engagement rates, inbound leads, website traffic) to measure content effectiveness and iterate on the strategy.
  • Collaborate with Leadership:

    Work closely with the agency leadership and our core team (including the AI & Automation Architect and Senior Visual Designer) to identify content opportunities and capture their unique insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing or a similar role, preferably for a B2B audience or within the marketing industry.
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates a deep understanding of writing for social media, especially LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Proven track record of creating content that generates leads, builds brand authority, or drives measurable business results.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a knack for turning complex topics into clear, engaging, and digestible content.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media trends, and lead generation principles.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using content management systems and analytics tools.
