Job Description

Role Summary

We’re looking for a SaaS-focused Content Writer who can translate product capabilities into clear, high-converting marketing content. You’ll create and maintain content across website pages, pitch decks/presentations, blogs, social posts, whitepapers, and other marketing collaterals—while ensuring everything is SEO-ready, on-brand, and built to drive pipeline.



Key Responsibilities

Website & Product Content

  • Write and optimize homepage, product pages, solution pages, landing pages, use-case pages, and FAQs
  • Convert complex SaaS workflows into simple, benefit-led messaging with strong CTAs
  • Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and product narrative across the site

Decks & Presentations

  • Build crisp, structured copy for sales decks, partner decks, and internal product decks
  • Turn raw inputs (features, flows, notes) into story-led slides with sharp headlines and scannable bullets
  • Collaborate with design to ensure copy fits slide constraints and visual hierarchy

Blogs, Thought Leadership & Whitepapers

  • Write long-form content such as blogs, guides, case studies, POVs, and whitepapers
  • Create content that’s educational, credible, and aligned to keyword strategy and funnel stage

Social & Marketing Collaterals

  • Write content for LinkedIn posts, carousels, ad copy, emailers, one-pagers, brochures, and product explainers
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets without losing clarity or intent

Research, Insights & Storytelling with Data

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to strengthen content credibility and persuasion
  • Source, validate, and organize industry statistics, benchmarks, and market insights from reliable public and internal inputs
  • Build a structured “insight bank” (topic-wise stats, claims, supporting proof, and usable angles) for fast reuse across assets
  • Connect data points into clear narratives—linking problems, impact, and product outcomes—to support storytelling in webpages, decks, and long-form content
  • Work closely with stakeholders to interpret findings and translate them into audience-relevant messaging

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Create SEO-friendly content with keyword mapping, internal linking suggestions, and metadata (title tags, meta descriptions)
  • Research keywords by utilizing SEO tools
  • Refresh existing pages/posts based on ranking, intent shifts, and product changes
  • Work with SEO/Performance teams to align content with acquisition goals


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-4 years of content writing experience (SaaS / B2B tech preferred)
  • Strong ability to write for multiple formats: web, decks, blogs, ads, and whitepapers
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (search intent, keyword usage, on-page structure, topical clusters)
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts into business value for non-technical decision makers
  • Strong research skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with product, design, sales, and leadership stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver AI-free, original content writing aligned to brand tone and internal review standards


Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

  • SEO & research: Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs/Ubersuggest, Google Trends
  • Content & editing: Google Docs/MS Word


Nice to Have

  • Experience writing for product-led growth (PLG), onboarding, or in-app messaging
  • Familiarity with SaaS funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion) and ICP-based messaging
  • Experience creating case studies, comparison pages, and competitive positioning content
  • Basic understanding of analytics (GA4 basics, page performance, conversions)
