Job Summary: We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (brochures, forms, stationery, etc.). Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional attitude and appearance. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Customer service attitude. Minimum qualification: High School diploma; additional certification in Office Management.

Guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring clarity on admission requirements, fee structures, scholarships, and important deadlines. Mentor and support junior counsellors by sharing best practices and assisting in difficult counselling cases. Analyze lead quality, track conversion performance, and recommend strategies for improving admissions. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align counselling efforts with campaigns and institutional goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Conversion rate of qualified leads to admissions Number of high-quality enrollments (e.g., based on program priority or academic performance) Quality of support provided to junior counsellors (measured via feedback or performance improvement) Compliance with admission procedures and documentation accuracy Contribution to strategic improvements in the counselling process
