About Company:


Job Responsibilities -

1. Ideation

i. Suggest and implement campaign ideas, and contribute innovative ideas/concepts that support branding, lead generation, or audience engagement.

ii. Identify and integrate emerging industry trends into content strategies.

iii. Ensure that implemented concepts/ideas meet/exceed predefined engagement or conversion goals.

2. Content Creation, Editing, and Reviewing

i. Create and/or review long-form content pieces (whitepapers, case studies, e-books, etc.).

ii. Create and/or review medium-form and short-form content pieces (brochures, video scripts, conference-related materials, PPTs, social media copies & captions, e-mailers, e-mail drip campaigns, etc.).

iii. Optimise content for search engine optimisation (SEO) by conducting keyword research, and implement best practices to improve organic visibility & drive traffic on the company’s website and social media platforms.

iv. Achieve on-time delivery of all content pieces as per mutually agreed timelines.

3. Research and Trend Awareness

i. Attend online webinars, read trend analysis reports, conduct competitive analysis, and share key takeaways of all with the team to integrate insights into content strategies.

ii. Conduct in-depth research for all the assigned content tasks using online sources, industry reports, expert interviews, and internal discussions to ensure alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

i. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mainly Brand Management, Design, and Digital Marketing, to develop cohesive, high-impact content strategies that align with the company’s goals.

ii. Facilitate open communication and feedback loops to continuously refine, and enhance content quality and effectiveness.


Qualifications, Experience, and Required Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline

· Minimum 2-2.5 years of professional content writing experience in a corporate or an agency, with a solid portfolio of work

· Exceptional writing and research skills

· Exceptional proofreading skills, and familiarity with standard style guides

· Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability

· Ability to work independently, and with a team to meet deadlines

· Detail-orientation, creativity and adaptability, and appreciation of great design

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and content writing tools

· Social media or content marketing experience is a plus
