Content Writer

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

   : Write engaging and informative content for digital platforms including email, SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications, web banners, and SEM ads.

2. Simplify Complex Topics

   : Translate insurance-related concepts into clear, accessible, and customer-friendly language.

3. Thought Leadership Support

   : Assist in drafting long-form articles, blogs, and white papers that reflect industry insights and brand expertise.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

   : Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.

5. Content Strategy Execution

   : Support the implementation of content strategies and editorial calendars under the guidance of senior team members.

6. SEO & Optimization

   : Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and performance across search engines and social media.

7. Quality & Consistency

   : Maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and style across all written materials.

8. Trend Monitoring

   : Stay updated with industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor content to inform writing and ideation.

9. Project Coordination

   : Manage multiple content requests, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to briefs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in insurance, finance, or digital marketing.
3. Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content formats.
4. Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content performance metrics.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience with content management systems (CMS), project tracking tools, and editorial workflows is a plus
7. Exposure to content creation for new-age brands, make-up/fashion industry, fast commerce, or app-first non-BFSI segments is a strong advantage
