ICICI Lombard - Product Manager

Role Objective

Job Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies for Banca-assurance offerings, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, technology teams, and senior management to ensure product success
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform product decisions.
• Technology Integration: Work closely with technology teams to leverage integrations, APIs, and digital platforms to enhance product functionality.
• Scrum Methodology: Apply Scrum principles to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
• Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics and monitor product performance. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Customer Focus: Gather customer feedback and conduct user testing to iterate products and enhance customer experience
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to drive product initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualification / Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Banca-assurance product management within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of technology integrations, APIs, and Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
