Our mission is to make legal work smarter, faster, and more collaborative. With a growing presence in the US and global markets, we are scaling rapidly and seeking a Content Writer & Communications Executive to lead our storytelling and brand communications.

Your Role

As our Content & Communications Executive, you will own the voice of our brand across channels and ensure our messaging resonates with legal professionals worldwide. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing impactful content that drives engagement, supports lead generation, and positions our platforms as leaders in the legal tech space.

From shaping thought leadership content and sales enablement materials to managing website copy, campaigns, and PR communications, you will play a critical role in aligning our content with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SaaS marketing goals and target audience needs.
• Build and manage editorial calendars across blogs, social media, email, and product campaigns.
• Research audience behavior, competitors, and industry trends to shape content direction.

Brand & Communications Management

• Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels (website, email, ads, PR, social media, sales decks).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce sales enablement content, case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, and proposals.
• Manage corporate communications, announcements, and press releases to strengthen brand authority.

Content Creation & Editing

• Write and edit high-quality content: blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, product copy, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces.
• Oversee editorial standards: grammar, clarity, brand alignment, and SEO compliance.
• Experiment with new formats like video, LinkedIn carousels, and AI-assisted content to drive engagement.

Campaign & SEO Alignment

• Partner with marketing to execute demand-generation campaigns.
• Optimize website and blog content for SEO to increase organic visibility.
• Track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads) and adjust strategy based on insights.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure messaging supports customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide feedback and direction to freelancers, interns, or external agencies when needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or communications (preferably SaaS/B2B).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a proven portfolio.
• Experience creating content for both marketing campaigns and corporate sales enablement.
• Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms, G-Suite, and marketing automation tools.
• Prior experience in legal tech or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,535.39 - ₹31,578.19 per month
