Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: GurugramJobType: full-timeAs a Content Strategist, you will work closely with marketing, design, and growth teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute content that strengthens brand identity, drives engagement, and supports business objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and optimize engaging content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and others relevant to the brand.
  • Develop platform-specific content formats including posts, reels, carousels, stories, short videos, and captions.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure content is visually compelling and on-brand.
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to continuously refine content strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and iterate content based on insights.

Branded Content & Storytelling

  • Own and evolve the brand's tone of voice, messaging, and narrative across all content touchpoints.
  • Create branded content that communicates value propositions clearly while maintaining authenticity and creativity.
  • Translate marketing campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives into cohesive content stories.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across organic and campaign-led content.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align content output with broader business and growth objectives.
  • Support campaign planning with content ideas, hooks, and messaging frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or branded content roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to create compelling branded content that balances creativity and performance.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of storytelling and brand voice.
  • Basic understanding of content analytics and performance measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
